The quest for the perfect match began long before the construction of their villa. “We met with several landscape architects,” says the Cohen family. “Our architect, EVE Architects, spoke highly of TIM Exclusive Gardens. Even in the choice of outdoor lighting, they showed that they truly understood our wishes. “We were looking for light fixtures that would complement our home, and without us having to articulate it, they understood our desire perfectly. They immediately drew up fixtures that seamlessly matched the aesthetic of our home. It was like they could read our minds! The lighting is exactly as we envisioned it: stylish, functional, and perfectly in line with the ambiance of our home.”

During the design process, the Cohen family came up with several new ideas. “For example, we decided we wanted a vegetable garden in the yard,” they explain. “Team TIM was very flexible and immediately adjusted the design. They advised us on the best location for the vegetable garden, near the kitchen and with plenty of sunlight.”

But there were more thoughtful solutions. “We also wanted a treehouse for the children,” the family says. “Tim ensured that a corner of the garden was prepared for the treehouse. The corner isn’t completely enclosed so we can always see the children playing.”
